Shipments are made on the weekdays with USPS. You will receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your package is shipped.All packages are delivered to the post office by bike to ensure a successful deliver. Once transferred to the USPS, it is their responsibility to deliver your package according to your chosen shipping method. The USPS is experiencing high volumes of shipments causing delays due to COVID-19. Please be patient with tracking updates & deliveries. Please email [email protected] concerning shipping questions.
First Class Mail is the most affordable shipping option & does not require tracking or include insurance. This option does not guarantee delivery.
Priority Mail is a more secure shipping option & requires tracking & includes up to $100 in insurance. We recommend this option for a more timely & successful delivery.

Please call 213-221-8638 to make an appointment for your pickup. Reference that you have a MWBA order & please provide your name & order number.
Once your appointment time is confirmed, please wear a mask & have your order confirmation email when you arrive. Ring the doorbell & please mention that you have an order with MWBA & show your order confirmation at the door.
